You can delete your account in the app: Settings > Account > Delete my account. If you cannot open the app, do it here.
What is deleted: your account, your profile, and everything you entered (spends, money, plans, EMIs, savings, cards), your friend list, your messages, and your shares of group expenses. It cannot be undone. Group expenses you paid for or settled with other people stay in their groups as a plain record, under a removed name, because the others still need them. A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in the Google Play app (Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions).
