These terms are between you and Go Automate ("we", "us"), who provide the VetanSetu app and its servers. By creating an account or using VetanSetu you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please use VetanSetu with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
VetanSetu is a tool to note down and plan your money: spends, money coming in, EMIs, savings, cards and shared expenses with friends. It shows you numbers and gentle suggestions.
VetanSetu is not a bank, a payment service or a financial adviser. It never moves money. Everything it shows is based on what you enter, so it is only as right as your entries. Please do not treat tips or insights as financial, tax or legal advice.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Give true information about yourself. One person should use one account.
Your data is yours. You give us the right to store and process it only to run VetanSetu for you, as the Privacy Policy explains. You can export it, and you can delete your account and everything in it, in the app (Settings > Account) or on the web page for account deletion.
Some features need data to be shared on purpose: if you add a friend or join a group, the people in it can see your name and the shared expenses and messages in that group.
A shared expense in a group is a note between the people in it. VetanSetu calculates who owes whom, but it does not collect or pay anything. Settling up is between you and your friends.
A person has to confirm a share before it counts for them. You are responsible for the expenses and messages you add. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual or misleading, and do not use VetanSetu to harass anyone or to send spam. You can remove a friend or leave a group at any time. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
VetanSetu has a free plan and a paid plan ("Pro"). Pro is sold as a subscription through Google Play, per month or per year, at the price shown in the app before you buy. The price includes the taxes that apply in your country as Google Play shows them.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the Google Play app (Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own rules.
The free plan lets you add a limited number of spends by voice every day. If your subscription ends, your data stays safe and everything else keeps working; only the paid features close.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer VetanSetu or its servers, to get into other people's accounts, or to copy the service. We may limit use that harms the service or other people.
We improve VetanSetu all the time and may change or stop a feature. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it starts to apply. If you keep using VetanSetu afterwards, you accept the new terms.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
We work hard to keep VetanSetu correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, VetanSetu, or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in India can hear any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to a court near you.
